Terms of Service

Welcome to ClipStack. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) are a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and ClipStack (“we” or “the platform”) regarding registration, sign-in, and use of ClipStack. Please read the full Agreement before using the service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any ClipStack service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.

2. Account registration and security

2.1 You must register a ClipStack account to use core features. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for any legal consequences of false information.

2.2 Keep your credentials secure. Do not transfer, lend, or sell your account. We are not liable for losses due to your mishandling or attacks such as hacking.

3. Service content and conduct

3.1 ClipStack provides AI-based content generation, processing, and automation features.

3.2 Your conduct must comply with applicable laws and public order. You agree not to:

  • Use ClipStack to create, upload, publish, or distribute illegal content, including content that endangers national security, promotes terrorism or violence, or is obscene.
  • Infringe others’ IP (copyright, trademarks, etc.), reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights.
  • Disrupt or damage ClipStack’s systems, reverse engineer, attempt to obtain source code, or illegally call APIs.

4. Intellectual property and generated content

4.1 The platform itself (including models, site design, UI, and code) is owned by ClipStack.

4.2 For content you generate, subject to third-party rights and law, you generally have commercial/non-commercial use rights where permitted. You also authorize us to use your prompts to improve models, without disclosing your confidential information.

5. Disclaimers

5.1 AI outputs are probabilistic. ClipStack does not warrant accuracy, completeness, objectivity, or fitness for a particular purpose. You must review outputs and are solely responsible for how you use them.

5.2 We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, etc. caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party issues, maintenance, or telecom upgrades, though we will try to restore service.

6. Breach

If you violate this Agreement or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate service, restrict or ban accounts, or remove content. We reserve the right to pursue damages for losses caused to the platform.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China for interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution.
